Atiqah Rad
Seoul, Korea
Atiqah is a graduate student at Seoul National University, majoring in Vocational Education and Workforce development. She is interested in public diplomacy and youth development. Her Past SEALNet involvement was as a mentor and leadership planning team in Project Indonesia 2018.
Lim Shi Mei
Brunei
Freshly graduated from Korea University, Shi Mei has always been interested in Community Services as she learnt more on the issues outside Brunei. Shi Mei has previously worked in past SEALNet Projects such as in YLS 2017 and Project Indonesia 2018.

PB19 is full of unexpected journey for me so far. I met a lot of different kind of people, and each one is very authentic that they always have a space in my memories. Personally for me, SEALNet & PB19 is a safe place for me to fail and at the same time to stand up stronger next. I grow like never before. The reflection helps on which I continually improving.

I joined sustainability team because as a Bruneian, I felt its my responsibility as an individual to tackle social issues in Brunei and PB19 is one of the platform that I could contribute too. It can be tiring, but satisfying when you see the fruits from the seeds you planted.

Signing up for PB19 was unexpected and getting in was definitely a surprise. Getting invited to the pre-planning for the project, i was overwhelmed yet excited with the new things that i got to learn. The difference stance i have right now is significant to how i was when i first joined the team. Seeing the growth i made in just less than a year, I would say PB19 is my support system that cracked me out of that nutshell.

After seeing how impactful the project in July, it ignited the drive for me to further execute PB19's mission and objectives in the sustainability phase along with the supportive and amazing people in the team.
